At in2sport we thrive to deliver the very best quality coaching to children, and to guarantee this we ensure all of our coaches are highly qualified and experienced sports education specialists that will deliver safe, innovative and inclusive coaching sessions.

Continuous Professional Development is at the heart of in2sport therefore we ensure all our staff regularly attend internal and external training courses. We use numerous methods to monitor staff performance and ensure our coaches maintain the highest standard of professionalism at all times.

Natasha Perry


Natasha is a highly qualified and experienced coach who has gained a BSc in Science in Sport (Sports Performance) from The University of Bath. This has allowed Natasha to develop a strong understanding of how to enhance individuals' participation, performance and enjoyment of sport and physical activity across a wide range of groups and populations. Since graduating Natasha has become a qualified fitness instructor and gained specific sports coaching qualifications in numerous sports. These additional qualifications have provided her with a wealth of knowledge that covers every aspect of her responsibilities as a coach.

Being a keen sports participator herself; currently playing football for Larkhall Athletic Ladies FC, Natasha uses her passion for all sports to inspire children to lead an active and healthy lifestyle.

Vicky Lunt


Vicky Lunt is a founder of in2sport coaching and Vicky leads a multidisciplinary team of Trauma Informed Practitioners, Creative Arts Therapists, Educational staff, Primary PE & Sports Specialists. Together with Natasha, they co-lead the P.E. Service in Schools & proudly offer a unique service delivery for both outstanding PE, sport, and various therapeutic interventions. Underpinning the whole child approach to healthy bodies and emotional health, this ensures all children reach their academic potential, emotional growth & reach their full potential.

Vicky Qualified as a Play Therapist at Canterbury Christ Church University and has a special interest in Child Psychotherapy and Sensory Attachment Integration. Vicky believes "Healthy minds and a Healthy body" is vital to children's autonomy. Her passion for enjoying Sport led to her to becoming a qualified Primary School PE Specialist. Vicky is a very experienced Sports Coach, Mentor and Play Therapist for children and teenagers for over 10 years.

Vicky has had extensive training in Creative Arts Therapy, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Sensory Attachment Integration (qualified facilitator in the 'Just Right State Programme) and within various sports. This makes her sessions exciting and enjoyable by participating children of all abilities, they are accessible and catered especially around the "whole child" with a holistic approach. Vicky builds a good rapport with the children and professionals with her personable, enthusiastic and authentic approach to her work. Her passionate and dedicated attitude ensures she does above and beyond making a difference to all those children she meets!

Kim Blackman

Head of in2dance and P.E. Specialist

Kim is our most experienced coach, with over 10 years involvement in teaching children of all ages and abilities. Kim has studied Sport and Leisure to a BTEC National Diploma level and also holds an NVQ Level 3 in supporting teaching and learning. Kim has continued to gain numerous qualifications and experience throughout her career and is a fully trained Street Dance teacher who has competed in the UK Hip Hop Dance Competition, as well as coaching Major League Soccer in America for 9 months.

Kim's passion and enthusiasm for sport and getting participants active is clear to see in her coaching. Ten years experience has provided her with a wealth of knowledge in a huge variety of activities and cements her ability to work with a range of ages from toddlers right through to adults.

Rich Dawley

Area Manager

Rich has extensive experience working in the sports coaching industry, having worked in the USA and around primary schools in the local area for the last 10 years. Rich has vast knowledge co ordinating Holiday Camps, delivering CPD and PPA sessions and mentoring and managing staff. Rich thrives on developing healthy and active lifestyles for children to take into later life.

Rich has always had a passion for sport and fitness and has done throughout his life, he plays football semi professionally and enjoys going to the gym and keeping fit.

Jon Parish

Head of P.E and C.P.D

Jon joined the in2sport team in September 2019. He has a wide range of experience working with children and young people across a range of sporting settings. He worked as an outdoor instructor for 7 years before training to become a primary school teacher. Jon was previously PE Lead for his school and encouraged sport of all kinds to become a massive part of the everyday school day. Through his previous employments Jon has a number of NGBs in sports as varied as mountain biking, mountain boarding and climbing, has developed an extensive level of experience of working with a wide range of children, coordinating a variety of activities and providing CPD to a number of different professionals. Jon has always had a keen interest in ensuring that all young people have the chance and motivation to undertake a healthy and active lifestyle. He enjoys a range of alternative sports such as climbing and mountain biking but also enjoys more traditional sports such as hockey, 5 a-side football, going to the gym and OCR running.

Lorna Stone

P.E. Specialist and Dance Teacher

Lorna is one of our PE specialists and dance teachers. She has over 10 years teaching experience, and is a certified and registered teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance.

Lorna started dancing at a young age and has taught and danced professionally all over the world with various shows, companies and artists; shows including Strictly Come Dancing, Fame, Viva Las Vegas, and Walking on Sunshine (Holiday!) The Movie, Miss Galaxy Universe.

After retiring from performing Lorna started teaching full time, she is a passionate and enthusiastic teacher. She loves to inspire her students and see them develop in confidence and ability.

Lorna has been teaching PE in Bristol for the last 3 years, and has recently come on board with in2sport.

Heidi Westall

P.E. Specialist and Logistics Manager

With a few years coaching experience, and working within school local schools as a volunteer, Heidi has gained valuable experience. Heidi completed her BTEC certificate at college and also has a level 4 teaching assistant qualification. Heidi has gone on to gain qualifications in multi-skills, football, futsal, rock climbing and fitness instructing. She currently coaches the under 10 girls team for FC Chippenham. Heidi's passion for sport and children is clear for everyone to see, her dedication and commitment to the team is second to none and the volunteer work she does for local schools, St. John's ambulance and youth groups is admirable.

Will Humphries

P.E. Specialist

Will joined in2sport in April 2021 as one of the youngest members in the team. From the age of 16, Will has experience in coaching children in various sports with Team Bath Tribe based at the University of Bath. He also currently runs his own youth football team at Purnell Sports Youth under 8's. He is currently doing his level 2 certificate in coaching with the aspiration to progress quickly within the company.

Outside of Coaching, Will has studied a degree in Sports Therapy from Hartpury University and has also gained a Level 3 extended diploma in Sport and Exercise Science. Will is a keen sportsman and has an interest in all sports, in particular playing rugby and cricket throughout youth systems and has been an active footballer for most of his life.

Joey Ledbury

P.E. Specialist

Joey joined in2sport in June 2021. As well as working full time for us, Joey is studying towards a degree in Sports Coaching and Development at the University of South Wales.

Joey's background in the sports and fitness industry spans over 5 years working in various different roles. He spent three years running a personal training business and has spent the last two years working in different roles as a FA level 2 football coach, including: Under 18's and Under 12's head coach, Gloucestershire FA, Bristol Rovers FC youth goalkeeping coach, a player-coach of a semi professional team and his most recently Head of Goalkeeper Development at the South Gloucestershire Regional Talent Centre.

Joey has always had a passion for coaching the younger generation and teaching them the values of participating in physical activity and why it not only benefits their physical well-being, but their mental well-being also. He hopes that he can have a positive impact on the children he teaches and wishes them to see sport and exercise in the same beneficial way that he does.

Ellouise Challenger

P.E. Specialist

Ellouise has always had love and passion for sport and was involved in elite sport from the young age of 4, where she first started attending gymnastic sessions and soon became an elite gymnast, training alongside some of the best gymnasts in the UK and now former Olympians. As an early teen Ellouise started boxing and soon after won 4 national titles and was selected to be a part of the England boxing team where she had the privilege of travelling around the world and attended the Youth European boxing championships in Bulgaria.

Ellouise's love for sport grew with her and it soon became her ambition to teach P.E. Ellouise worked for two years in a primary school where she earned her level 3 P.E. and Sport Specialist qualification before joining us at in2sport.

Harrison Croker

P.E. Specialist

Harrison joined the in2sport team in the summer of 2021. He is currently studying a Sports Performance Analysis degree in his final year at Cardiff Metropolitan University alongside playing rugby at university to a high level for Cardiff Met RFC.

Harrison is very passionate about his rugby, having played for Bath Rugby Academy, representing the county for Dorset and Wiltshire, playing for his hometown Corsham and playing for Beechen Cliff AASE (Achieving Academic Sporting Excellence) whilst at sixth form studying a Cambridge Technical Extended Diploma level 3 course in Physical Activity and Development.

As a performance analysis university student Harrison also studies pedagogy coaching modules, as part of his degree, to enhance his coaching techniques. This consists of making inclusive session plans for children to participate in. Overall, the most important thing Harrison believes is to ensure children are having fun when playing a variety of different games and sports.

Outside of in2sport, Harrison is keen on health and fitness by going to the gym frequently and follows football regularly as a Liverpool fan.

Amber Knowles

in2fitness Instructor and Sports Coach

Amber is an energetic and enthusiastic member of the in2sport team, who throughout her life has gained a vast amount of professional qualifications, experience and developed a range of skills from completing a Sport and Leisure to a BTEC National Diploma level, Sports Leaders UK Level 1 Award, a BSc (hons) in Sports Therapy, a L3 in Personal Training, a L2 in Kettlebell Instructing and Circuit Training and has a Coaching Level 2 in Dodgeball.

During her working life, Amber has gained many years of experience of supporting children and adults with a variety of additional needs, within every-day and physical activities. This experience has hugely influenced Amber's determination to help those around her keep active while having fun and it is clearly demonstrated in her in2sport coaching sessions. Amber also enjoys teaching our very own in2fitness Ab Attack and Circuit classes for children aged 14+ and adults every week, to keep the wider community fit and healthy.

Amber is always keen to try something new and fun, whether it is sports like gymnastics and dance or bodybuilding and powerlifting, Amber will always enjoy working hard to earn her own sporting awards.

Amber Macdonald

Sports Coach

Amber's passion for teaching has seen her develop into a reliable and enthusiastic member of the in2sport team. During her introductory week of work experience Amber demonstrated an innate ability to build rapport with children of all ages. Her enthusiasm towards helping children to enjoy being active is undoubtedly admirable, and her gregarious personality is a great influence on all of those around her. She is currently studying for a degree in Physical Education at University in London with the ambition to become a PE teacher in the future. Amber is passionate about sport in general, but has a particular interest in horse riding. She is a real asset to the team and a huge hit with the children at sports camps!

Megan Kilbane

Sports Coach

Megan is currently studying Physical Education and School Sports at Hartpury University after achieving her Level 3 Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science at college; the final goal is to become a PE teacher. Megan has joined the in2sport team as an assistant coach at our holiday camps. Her passion and enthusiasm has shone through and she will soon begin her training to become a head coach. Megan has an interest in many different sports but is particularly passionate about Horse Riding and Netball!

Cat Phillips

Sports Coach

Cat has worked with children and young people since 1998 as a youth worker, play worker, sports coach and Forest School leader.

She is a qualified multi sports coach, roller skating coach, children's yoga and mindfulness teacher, Forest School level three teacher, JNC2 qualified Youth Worker, level 3 Playworker and has a Degree and Post Graduate Certificate in Youth Studies and a BA (hons) in Creative Studies. She is currently studying for a Masters Degree in Special and Inclusive Education.

Cat competed for a number of years for Bath in Roller Derby before changing focus to develop her Roller Dance skate skills. She also enjoys snowboarding and mountain biking - having had plenty of opportunity to do both when she lived for several years in New Zealand and the Canadian Rockies.

Cat is turning 50 shortly so is one of our more 'mature' team members - in age anyway, not necessarily in her attitude to life!

Hal Stringer

Sports Coach

Hal has been with in2sport since 2019 and has shown a deep love for all sports; in particular rugby and cricket, representing the University of Leicester in both. This passion continues into his coaching role as he loves to share his enthusiasm with everyone.

Having experience in captaining and coaching from secondary school onwards, Hal can easily provide positive and exciting activities within our holiday camps.

He also has a keen interest in keeping fit and would love to complete an ironman in the future.

Tracey Fisher

Sports Coach

Tracey joined our in2sport team summer of 2021 as a assistant holiday coach. She works full-time in education and is a qualified Thrive Practitioner and ELSA. Her real passion is running and she has run marathon's raising money for various charities.

Tracey is looking to gain a level 1&2 in sports coaching later this year.

Abigail Cotter

Sports Coach

Abigail joined in2sport in July 2021. Having a background in sport, 9 years experience working with children and a qualified ASA level 2 swim instructor Abigail brings a huge amount of experience and knowledge of working with children to the table. Abigail has spent the last few years travelling and in that time had the privilege of woking in sport camps in New Zealand and spent 3 summers abroad at summer camps in America.

Abigail's enthusiasm and commitment to coaching is clear to see and she has become an integral part of the in2sport holiday camp team.
